Here you can lean in and speak up and bring your own flavor.What you need to know about this position:My Work & Life Events Team Lead provides leadership and direction to the Work & Life Team to deliver employee life cycle events processes to Mondelez functions for an Area/BU/Cluster of countries.In this role you will:oversee compliance monitoring, quality assurance and data protection activities;ensure the effective use of enabling technology, including case management tools;plan and make sure that daily activities are completed;provide day-to-day guidance and direction to the Work & Life Events Team Leads or direct;implement and monitor quality standards for your team;review and adjust key performance indicators and service level agreements to drive continuous improvement;drive alignment between SSC peers and HR Leads to manage cross-team working, share learnings and improve ways of working;monitor, analyze and improve team performance to improve customer satisfaction;coach, motivate, train and inspire direct reports;provide guidance and direction to your team to ensure they are providing excellent responses to queries and requests, and manage individual performance;monitor overall service satisfaction with HR, business leaders, people managers and employees;act as point of escalation to effectively resolve complex issues and employee complaints.Job specific requirements:Experience in leading teams is a must (6-12 people) and ability to manage the team virtually;Fluency in English - any additional European language will be a plus;Strong problem-solving skills with a solution oriented and hands-on attitude;Work experience in Shared Service Center;Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and manage key relationships with multiple and challenging stakeholders;Experience in coaching people managers;Ability to handle and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;Significant local legal knowledge (specific for certain countries); Ability to operate in a constantly changing environment, to work through ambiguity quickly and proactively, developing new skills and knowledge;University Degree (BA/MA), ideally with focus on HR;Ability to agitate, lead and manage various projects;MEU Market experience will be treated as an asset.What’s in it for YouWe’re Europe’s biggest and best snacking company.
