Our dream is to convert every adult smoker to these smoke-free platforms, as fast as we can. About the role:As the National HORECA & EVENTS Manager, you will play a pivotal part in building a strong consumer engagement platform for our existing and new IQOS Users as well as contributing to building awareness and brand equity.This will involve designing the consumer activation strategy, plan, and mechanics by collaborating with relevant cross functional teams and provide excellence in execution. Relevant knowledge of Horeca channel and its dynamics and key stakeholders would be crucial to propose a strategy and execute related plan. You will be involved in scouting, contracting, and managing 3rd party agencies and communicating the consumer engagement plans with them. You will be responsible for:- redesign Horeca and Events Executives team – scout & recruit. Define their accountabilities and sett KPI’s thus ensuring efficiency in the way they operate- build a strong brand engagement platform (HORECA & Events) for our existing and new IQOS Users thus contributing to building iQOS users' bond & advocacy- redesign together with relevant cross functional teams the consumer activation strategy including activation content & mechanics- manage 3rd party agencies and communicate the consumer engagement plans with them- ensure that all team members have a clear understanding of Company’s Principles and Policies and act accordingly Key Requirements:- high expertise within HORECA channel at national level- high level of knowledge about top HORECA players- experienced in leading teams- having the ability to motivate and encourage their team, our trade partners and consumers to share our vision of a smoke free future- high level of marketing understanding, previous experience of a marketing position would be a plus What we offer:You will join a company that invests in you.
