National Product Manager Logistics in Bucuresti

You will be in charge of our logistics centers in Romania with around 50k square meters of warehouse space (doubling the space by 2025) where we offer all round services and storage options for any type of goods. The position has leadership aspect and you will lead 110 employees and build strong interfaces with cross-functions. You should be financially savvy since you will take over P&L responsibility. The role enables you to broaden your industry contacts- you will be connecting with distribution providers, logistic partners and participate in national and international logistics tenders. Moreover you will support cross-sales and business development activities related to Contract Logistics and Value Added services. As a subject matter expert you will lead key account sales to understand the demand of large customers and offer tailor made solutions. You will have space to share your ideas and be creative, especially when it comes to product development and implementation of new products. As trusted partner you will prepare overall strategy to enable competitive service at low cost. In doing so your workload will be divided as follows: ·Product Development 40% ·Procurement/Pricing 30% ·Product management 20% ·Control 10% Competencies & Experience: Work experience in Logistics in terms of: 1. Development of unique selling proposition and product definition 2. Implementation and product launch within sales and operational organization 3.
