National/Regional Education and Training Instructor (m/w/d) in Bucuresti

Currently we are looking for National/Regional Education and Training Instructor Tasks Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly education and training plans based on business needs. Design and execute training projects and educational activities to ensure membership renewal rates and sales targets are met. Develop and design regional training courses, including but not limited to new retail strategies, product introductions, and skill training. Manage and deliver training sessions within the region. Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership. Requirements Proficient in English, local languages, and basic communication in Chinese. Highly motivated, energetic, and passionate about continuous learning and self-improvement. Customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of service, focusing on the needs of dealers and clients. Ability to adapt to internal and external changes and embrace new challenges. No educational background restrictions. We are looking for individuals with clear communication skills, strong expression abilities, high energy, and an outgoing personality, especially younger candidates.
