We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented National Sales Manager to lead our team, foster key partnerships, and drive sales growth in our defined products and therapy areas. As the National Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing UK Sales Performance, developing the team of UK Women’s Health Account Managers, and contributing to strategic decisions within the UK Leadership Team. About you: The ideal candidate will have the following: Educated to Degree Level or similar (Registered General Nurse - RGN) preferred. ABPI Qualified Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry Previous experience in sales management Full UK Driving License About the role: You will be responsible for the following: Maximize UK Sales Performance through strategic planning and execution. Lead, mentor, and develop the UK Women’s Health Account Managers team, including recruitment, coaching, and performance management. Collaborate closely with the UK Leadership Team, providing valuable insights, customer feedback, and market knowledge for strategic decision-making. Oversee and manage all relevant internal systems, ensuring compliance with Pharmacovigilance, CRM systems, expenses systems, and PM systems. Develop and nurture customer relationships to enhance therapy area knowledge and brand loyalty. Identify and create partnership opportunities with customers and patients to drive growth and market share. Manage all activities within agreed Profit & Loss (P&L) parameters to maximize profitability.
