What we need We’re looking for mid-level .NET Developers who share the same drive to improve people’s lives through technology and design. You’ll be working at the heart of top innovation projects for some of the most hyped industries at this moment. Together with our team , you’ll be helping us develop and maintain a strong .NET application running in client’s environment. What you’ll do Perform technical specifications based on functional specifications (sequence diagrams, schematics, swagger, UML, etc.); Develop back office applications, APIs exposed to external clients, and web applications for bank's clients (SOLID principles, optimizations, etc.); Ensure the quality of the code (perform code review, apply best practices, use the methodology and development standards); Ensure mentoring for junior colleagues (optional); Provide expertise in analysis, requirements gathering, design, coordination, customization, testing, and support of .NET applications running in client’s environment;  Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with business and technical members of the team; Relentless focus on quality and continuous improvement; Perform root cause analysis of process issues; Development/evolutionary maintenance of application environment, performance, capability and availability; Assist in defining technical requirements and developing solutions; Effective content and source-code management, troubleshooting and debugging; Act as a consultant on application customization projects; Plan and implement software version upgrade releases; Hybrid work schedule - for the first 3 months, is required to work 4 days/week in the office and 1 day at home; after 3 months, 2 weeks in the office, and 2 weeks remotely. What will help you succeed Proven experience with C#, .NET Core 3.1, 5.0, WebAPI, .NET Framework 4.7+, Angular, Javascript, HTML, Microservices, WPF, RabbitMQ, ServiceBroker, GIT, Jenkins; Algorithms and data structures knowledge; OOP, design patterns, unit testing expertise; Experience with Visual Studio, 2017+, TFS;  Relevant experience with SQL Server databases; Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
