Our microlearning methodology is easy to understand; short lessons of 2-3 minutes, password-free auth and innovative ways of reaching a whole organization. The result is 80% of employees completing “boring” topics like cybersecurity without a carrot or a stick.In 2022, 500 000 learners experience how learning should be: easy, fast and fun. Today XtraMile is 23 people working with coding, testing, UX, UI, content development, support, sales, and marketing. The product team consist of 3 seniors and 2 junior/mid engineers, 1 tester, 1 UX, and 1 UI designer. We hope to extend the team with 2 new engineers and a tester this fall. Currently, all developers are Fullstack with strong skills in .Net core and React.
