NET Team Leader Relocation to USA or work in the USA time zone in Constanţa

We are looking to expand our team with another person! We're on the lookout for a team leader to spearhead our project! This pivotal role will involve leading a team of approximately 10 individuals. The work will be synchronized with the USA time zone. If you're willing, we offer the possibility of relocating to the USA. As the team leader, you'll be instrumental in co-creating and shaping a cutting-edge Laboratory Information System (LIS) in collaboration with our international team. Responsibilities: Lead a team of talented .NET developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship. Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using C# .NET and Vue.js. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices. Drive innovation by staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring seamless project execution. Contribute to architectural decisions and provide valuable insights into system design. Requirements: Openness to relocation to the USA or working in the USA time zone. Min. 2 years of experience as Team Leader. Proven experience in software development using C# .NET and Vue.js. Experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining microservices.  Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a development team. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS SQL and/ or Postgre SQL Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Nice to have : Experience with Azure ESB and API-Managment.  Experience in medical or laboratory projects is a significant plus.
