We are looking for people who are passionate about such topics and want to be part of a strong team.As part of the Network team, you are responsible for managing all physical and virtual connections that connect both customer and internal systems. Additionally, a significant part of our security measures falls under the Network Team's responsibility. You will handle the segmentation of customer and internal systems and protect them against unwanted access.As a Network Consultant (m/f/d) you plan and execute network activities:Day-to-day business: service requests and incident ticketsFirewall administration and updatesFirewall ports openingIPSEC VPNs phase-in / phase-outLoss of connectivity troubleshootingWe operate our own infrastructure and focus on those vendors and solutions:CheckPoint, Juniper SRX, Cisco ACI, Arista, Citrix ADC / Netscaler, IBM qRadarWe also operate customer-owned infrastructure, with a broader scope of vendors:CheckPoint, Sophos, ClearSwift, Cisco IOS, BlueCoat, Cato Networks, HPE / Aruba, FortinetQualificationsYou are fluent in German (min. B2) and English (B2).You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.You have professional experience as a network or security specialist (m/f/d).You have relevant knowledge in one or more similar solutions and are interested in working with the following products or technologies: Cisco ACI, Cisco Meraki, Arista, Juniper SRX, Checkpoint ClusterXL, Checkpoint VSX, Citrix ADC, IPSEC, BGP, OSPF, Azure, GCP, Terraform, Python, CheckMK, IBM qRadar.
