The Challenge
Cloud Engineering is seeking a Network ReliabilityAutomationEngineer to join a team of hardworking and highly skilled Network Engineers. This team is responsible for engineering and maintaining a large-scale, global, high-availability multi-cloud infrastructure of the Adobe Digital Experience Cloud. This is ahighly-technical, fast-paced, and exciting atmosphere in the growing business of cloud-based digital marketing. Automation and infrastructure-as-code experience is a key building block of an ideal candidate.
What you’ll do
Areas of focus for this role include but are not limited to:

Design, develop, test and maintain network provisioning, and automation systems, with a specific focus on supportingtransport andhybrid-cloudnetwork products.

Challenge everything and ask if it can be automated or done in code.
-
Monitor network and systems health, responding appropriately to network alerts and events to diagnose and fix network issues.
-
Communicate with other technicalsolution teams to understand network requirements and deploy solutions that meet requirements.
-
Review architectures, configurations, and network tools to continually improve network performance and reliability.
-
Contribute as a network domain specialist to projects involving multi-functional technical teams, internal business and engineering customers, and external partners.

Create and maintain network documentation.
-
Adhere to Change Control policy requirements and availability mandates/requirements.
-
Work a flexible schedule allowing network maintenance during off-peak (late evening and weekend work as necessary).

Keep abreast of technological developments and maintain up to date knowledge and skills across key platforms.

Support automation/orchestration of alerts andremediationtasks to increase availability and agility.
-
Participate in afollow the sunon-call rotation.
What you’ll need to succeed
