Job Title: Network Effectiveness Manager - Romania

What You’ll Do for Us:

Manage various activities in terms of monitoring and improving Network Effectiveness across all locations of the OU.

Manage inclusive processes of regular retrospectives, co-creation sessions to identify and solve pain points across the various countries of the OU.

Track key performance indicators (OKR’s) related to accountability and performance of initiatives by maintaining the tools and tracking of the key performance indicators up front.

Recommend adjustments and improvements to ensure network effectiveness at country level.

Partner with various OU stakeholders to establish complementing processes, potentially involving our bottling partners to assess impact that our TCCC network might bring to the system.

Act as a change agent, able to transform Marketing by bridging the future and the present, flexibility and discipline, processes and iteration, global and regional, central and local.

Build relationships with the other Marketing teams across central and local level and build connections and ways of working with the newly formed OU Category, Integrated Brand Experiences and Commercial teams.

Prepare communications and reports to support the PMO Countries Operations agenda.

Support synergies of scale, productivity and operational excellence by challenging and building on existing frameworks/platforms and by importing and exporting great ideas.

Be the role model in implementing the new way of working across the OU.

Influence, align and negotiate with key stakeholders, to adopt, support and implement the elements outlined in the scope of the role.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum bachelor’s degree required
-
Significant experience (6-8 years) in Marketing/Project Management
-
Ability to work in agile cross-functional teams and effectively collaborate with key stakeholders
-
Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
-
Experience working with local markets and the bottler is considered an asset

Business / commercial/ financial acumen
-
Great written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English
-
Expertise in TCCC business models and financials

Strong project management skills
-
Bias for action and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
