THE ROLE As a Network Engineer at Temenos, you'll design, deploy, and maintain advanced network systems (LAN, WLAN, WAN). Your duties include configuring hardware and software, monitoring network performance, troubleshooting escalated issues, automating tasks, and implementing security measures. You'll also communicate with users, maintain technical documentation, and suggest network improvements.OPPORTUNITIESDesign and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN)Configure and install software, servers, routers,firewalls and other network devicesMonitor network performance and integrityResolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructureAutomate tasks and monitor their effectivenessCreate, oversee and test security measures (. access authentication and disaster recovery)Communicate with users when neededMaintain complete technical documentationSuggest improvements to network performance, capacity and scalabilityConducting regular network performance tests.Dealing with escalated network support issues.Drawing up network status reports.Reporting to the Global NetOps Manager SKILLSBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Strong English Communication Skills Previous work experience as a networking engineer.In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (.
