To strengthen our team Network & Security are looking for as soon as possible a Network Administrator (m/f/d) Your tasks with us You work in a team of specialists on TOP solutions around network and IT security You use your knowledge of active network and security components for the reliable and secure operation of our IT infrastructure and perform necessary maintenance and changes You inspire customers and colleagues through competent project collaboration, creative troubleshooting and the professional nature of your handling of tickets in the helpdesk You contribute your expertise in the maintenance and optimization of existing services and the development of new services for our customers (e.g. SD-WAN, SIEM) You actively shape your area of operation and your area of responsibility according to your knowledge and specializations What you bring with you Your enthusiasm for network technologies and IT security. Studies or training in IT or a comparable qualification with relevant work experience Several years of experience in the administration of network infrastructure components and IT security applications (e.g., next-generation firewalls, DDI solutions, web proxy servers, e-mail gateways) Good knowledge of active network components in a distributed IT infrastructure, technologies used, and innovations and developments in the field. Strong communication skills with which you will contribute to further develop our service offerings Knowledge of project management and IT service management in accordance with ITIL.
