They are currently looking to hire an NLP Engineer with experience in Python, PyTorch and NLP's.Job Description: We seek an Advanced NLP Engineer with a strong specialization in building production-ready systems using state-of-the-art natural language processing models, particularly focusing on record linkage and entity resolution. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of various NLP domains and be responsible for developing and deploying algorithms to extract insights from structured and unstructured text data. Experience working with ontologies and technical leadership is a significant plus. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions that leverage the interconnected nature of text and multimodal data to solve complex problems.Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and validate innovative NLP models to analyze and learn from multimodal data feeds (text, image, and video).- Lead efforts in entity resolution and record linkage to extract deeper document structure and understanding.- Research current and emerging trends in NLP to develop new techniques and algorithms.- Collaborate with data engineering teams to construct pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and deploying deep learning models.- Optimize NLP model architectures for performance and scalability.Core Skills: - Strong theoretical understanding of natural language processing principles and algorithms, with a focus on entity resolution and record linkage.- Proficient in advanced machine learning, deep learning, and statistical analysis.- Ability to translate complex research into practical algorithms and software.- Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity in model architecture design.- Ability to work with large-scale datasets and high performance computing environments.- Experience working with ontologies to enhance data understanding and model performance is a massive plus.- Demonstrated technical leadership capabilities are a plus.Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Python and experience with Python data science stack (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas).- Highly proficient with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow, as well as higher level APIs such as HuggingFace.- Familiarity with state-of the-art NLP models such as bidirectional and decoder-only transformers.- Extensive experience with:- Record Linkage and Entity Resolution- Named Entity Recognition (NER)- Semantic Boundary Parsing - Constrained Language Models (using grammars, Instructor, Mirascope, etc.)- Knowledge Graph Construction and Utilization- Link Prediction and Node Classification - Text Embedding techniques for downstream inferencing (both classical such as BM25 and modern ie using MTEB-topping models).- Knowledge of scalable pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and deploying deep learning models.- Solid understanding of graph neural networks and knowledge graph extraction from multimodal data.- Experience with deployment of NLP systems using APIs, serverless workflows etc is a plus.APPLY NOW!
