NPI Senior Financial Analyst in Bucuresti

Job Description Position Summary:The NPI Sr Financial Analyst is part of the company’s Global NPI Finance Team. The role will be hands-on reviewing the readiness of financial products prior to market launch. The person will be responsible to support Customer Teams, Global Business Enterprises, Program Management Team, Platform Cost Leaders Teams in developing and executing quotations for new business opportunities ensuring the most accurate financial business case.Quotations Validate financials of all new project quotations for Gas VNT, E-Turbo, LVD. Support Customer Teams and Business Enterprise Teams, Program Management Team, Platform Cost Leaders Teams. Lead quotation preparation and ensure consistent financials are presented to Leadership through robust tracking and historical summary. Finance representative in Business Council and Escalation discussions, follow-up on approvals for quotes in Quotation tool (PQF Manager). Proactively reach and involve stakeholders to assess the best financial business case, timely escalation of issues or potential high-impacting risks - NPI (New Product Introduction) Capex Support Program Management Team in raising Capex budget request and tracking Capex Spend and Funding from bid to actual. Ensure consistency and follow-up of Tooling Cost and Funding approvals through CAM reviews, GCM (Garrett Capital management tool) and PQF. Price Quotation Form (PQF) system admin Seek continuous systems and process improvement, provide analysis and action plan. Key-to-go person for coordination, support and test of any PQF system IT development in adherence with business requirements. Finance lead in development and testing of other systems integration (SFDC, ePEP, BOM Manager) with PQF Manager and any related IT developments. Deliver users training for new PQF members, keep training material and PQF guidance up to date. Yearly update of PQF assumptions seeking the most accurate figures in conversion cost, working capital, SGA, RDE. Support STRAP elaboration providing NPI Material Margin for all programs in PQF system. New Products Material Margin Review Material Margins and Financial Metrics through NPI Phase Exits and Escalate when necessary. Support Platform Cost leaders and Program management teams with monthly NPI Material Margin tracking. Ensure phase gate exit completion on time. YOU NEED University degree with a major in Manufacturing Finance or Manufacturing Technology 5 years’ experience in new product introduction or cost monitoring in automotive industry WE VALUE Experience in financial analysis, product costing, and procurement processes Experience of providing financial advice to commercial managers in a product business Experience working with Profit&Loss, Cash flow and NPV for business cases Advanced MS Excel skills, VBA preferred, Power Point skills, SAP knowledge (sale, costing) Good in verbal and writing communication including Power Point presentations Demonstrated experience leading/supporting process renewal with related IT systems development Detail oriented, self-starter, assertive with intense focus on delivering outstanding project results Demonstrated experience communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization
