Description

▪ manages and coordinates all the administrative activities of the installation for the company.
▪ transposes the management strategy of the installation into action plans and ensures the implementation.
▪ contributes to the strategic and operational planning of the plant, in terms of investments, capacity and staffing.
▪ ensures the achievement of the facility management objectives in accordance with the internal and external expectations of the clients.
▪ initiates and implements continuous improvement activities by applying CBS methods and training measures.
▪ initiates and controls investments in plant equipment ( power supply, steam generation, emissions treatment)
▪ interface with segment, BU or BA functions to collect local facility management requirements and requirements and other feedback
▪ participates in and / or leads global or local projects related to facility management and multifunctional projects
▪ plans and implements investments for construction and infrastructure equipment (all equipment, except production equipment and supply chain), according to standards.
▪ ensures the installation, commissioning, validation, operation and improvement of all equipment and infrastructure of the building according to the standards.
▪ plans and implements construction equipment and infrastructure maintenance (mechanical, electrical) according to standards.
▪ operates the workshop and supports the production and testing of prototypes in accordance with the standards.
▪ ensures the implementation of internal facilities management standards. Qualifications▪ university degree( preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering, energy supply or related technical discipline ).
▪ 5 or more years of professional experience in various facility management functions.
▪ multifunctional experience in engineering, quality, procurement or CBS preferred.
▪ 3 or more years in a management position, preferably in operational units with functional and disciplinary responsibility for other persons.
▪ experience in working with international teams on production issues and understanding foreign cultures.
▪ knowledge of at least 2 foreign languages is required. (English is mandatory).
