Descriptionensures implementation and compliance with external and internal quality standards.▪ evaluates and decides on the launch of new products, new processes and equipment that affect quality.▪ ensures the definition of quality control (test criteria, test equipment, test frequency) as part of production control plans according to standards provided by (central) quality management.▪ coordinate and manage internal and external audits, assessments and the preparation of management reviews, this includes regular internal assessments based on the mandatory elements of the quality management guidelines▪ administers the facility's quality management systems (facility, segment, BU or BA) in accordance with segment / BU or BA standards.▪ leads Yokoten activities, implementing and applying structured problem solving and addressing lessons learned, in close collaboration with the CBS function "▪ ensure handling of customer complaints (8D, A3 reports) and collect and address customer satisfaction according to standards▪ ensures the management of warranty returns in accordance with customer and automobile standards agreements.▪ ensures increased awareness of specific consumer requirements throughout the organization.▪ facilitate methodologies to properly analyze customer requirements to meet customer expectations and identify relevant performance indicators for quality reporting.▪ ensures quality performance (KPI) monitoring and reporting (scrap, waste, customer complaints, etc.) in cooperation with plant control and production.▪ ensures supplier performance monitoring (supplier quality) together with SCM / Procurement.▪ initiate and control measures to improve quality performance.▪ ensures the operation of the received inspection according to the production control plan, production planning and standards.▪ ensures the operation of process quality assurance in accordance with the production control plan, production planning and standards in close cooperation with the production function of the facility / unit of operations.▪ stop production processes if quality requirements are not met and ensure corrective actions.▪ manages the storage of blocked stock (non-conforming material) in accordance with the QualificationsUniversity degree, preferably in engineering, science, quality management or related discipline (depending on plant size).▪ certified auditor ISO / TS 16949 (or similar).▪ Six Sigma certification is an advantage.▪ 5 or more years of professional experience in various quality management functions.▪ cross-functional experience, e.g. in engineering, supply chain, procurement or CBS preferred.▪ comprehensive experience in rubber and plastic production processes. ▪ 3 or more years of experience in industrial production processes.▪ 3 or more years in a leadership position, preferably in operational units with functional and disciplinary responsibility for others.▪ experience working with international teams on quality issues and understanding foreign cultures. ▪ competence in at least 2 languages, English and the local language are mandatory.
