Responsibilities and Duties: Platform Management: Manage monitoring and observability platforms for optimal visibility.Collaboration: Work with CCoE, development, and engineering teams to align practices with business and technical needs.Performance Optimization: Enhance reliability and efficiency of cloud-based applications.Incident Management: Lead incident responses, minimizing impact.Innovation: Research and implement cloud observability best practices and Azure technologies. Qualifications and Skills: Azure Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services, particularly monitoring and observability tools like Azure Monitor, Application Insights.Observability Tools: Proficiency in third-party APM tools (e.g., Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic) and open-source tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills for cloud-based issues.Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
