Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled ODOO Functional Consultant to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the ODOO ERP system, with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into functional solutions. As an ODOO Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, customising, and supporting ODOO applications to ensure the optimal performance and usability for their clients. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements. Conduct gap analysis to identify the differences between business requirements and ODOO capabilities. Implementation: Configure and customize ODOO modules based on client requirements. Develop and execute detailed implementation plans to ensure successful deployment. Migrate data from Legacy systems to ODOO. Customisation and Development: Work with technical teams to develop custom features and reports. Ensure that customizations are scalable and maintainable. Training and Support: Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective use of the system. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients post-implementation. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for users and administrators. Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure project success. Quality Assurance: Perform testing to ensure the quality and functionality of ODOO applications. Identify and resolve issues before deployment. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience as an ODOO Functional Consultant or in a similar role. Proven experience with ODOO ERP implementation and customisation. Skills: In-depth knowledge of ODOO ERP modules and functionalities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with programming languages (eg, Python) and database management (eg, PostgreSQL) is a plus. Experience with other ERP systems is advantageous. Preferred Attributes: Certifications: ODOO certification is highly desirable. Project Management certification (eg, PMP) is a plus. Soft Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments. Proactive approach with a strong sense of responsibility.
