Come closer to #LifeAtOrange!What we're looking forFusion OBS Project consists inpreparing, deploying and maintaining the Oracle ERP Cloud solution, in linewith the overall Orange Group ERP strategy, with an end-to-end functional scopestarting from order intake along to the financial reporting, across the wholeOBS division. As Oracle Fusion Sales-to-Cash Consultant you will contribute toconfiguring/producing features, configuration/set-up, data objects, reports andinterfaces configuring/producing features, reports, and interfaces in the scopeof the domains: customers data catalog, customers’ orders , issue andaccounting of invoices, collection, closing operations for Sales-to-Cash.What you'll be doingworking hand in hand with the team’s Business Leads and other solutionexperts configure the solution (OSS, AR, Advanced Collection, SLA, e-Tax, GL) anddelivers reports and interfaces owned by the domain, in order to addresssubmitted use cases, along the adoption of the ERP; use own experience and other experts in the Group to promote the adoptionof standard, smooth and streamlined processes; issuing the general specifications and validation of the interfaces andcomplex reports required in the domain; detect, report and follow-up the application defects toward theapplication provider for the domain (Service Requests); document and follow-up request for changes toward the editor (EnhancementRequests), and defines work arounds when critical and possible maintain the on-line help guiding the use of the application, andprovides support for user issues submitted to the domain assist key users in testing and UAT, persuading them to adopt theproposed solutions upon application upgrades: assess and test new features released andperform regression testing Configure and document new users’ roles OTBI reports and specification of domain BIP reports Supervision of intra-Fusion flows of the domain transferthe knowledge to domain’s internal staff in charge of the solutionWhat you need to know/haveExpert in features and data model of Oracle Account Receivable (minimum 5years experience), if possible in the Cloud version In-depth knowledge of customer transaction accounting functionalities(Revenue recognition, Auto-accounting, SLA) and customer collection (DirectDebit, Lock Box, Compensation, Advanced Collections). Good knowledge of OracleSupply Chain and Oracle Financial applications in general and OracleSubscription, if possible in Cloud Oracle Financial Cloud GL Implementation Specialist, Oracle FinancialCloud Receivables Implementation Specialist et Oracle Order Management CloudImplementation Specialist or knowledge of other Oracle modules (PF, CM, eTax)will be a plus Successful experience around order-to-cash, either on business side,either on solution side Great team spirit. Autonomous and comfortable withiterative work approach.
