Job Description

 

This role is essential in accelerating the oncology digital ability to embrace and drive greater impact from our investments by embedding and institutionalizing key digital capabilities working in partnership with the brand teams, supporting a comprehensive cultural transformation to a more innovative and digital-driven company.
The role supports the omni-channel campaign planning, executing and results monitoring to deliver the best customer experience throughout all the company touchpoints with customers, with special focus on Digital channels in cross collaboration with brand teams. To ensure up-to-date solutions for multi-channel engagement with consumers in oncology. In collaboration with the cross functional teams to prepare digital interaction solutions (i.e. webinars, RTE, HCP portal content, etc.) to drive customer engagement by the customer facing teams.

 

Minimum requirements

 

•Good analytical skills and digital fluency
•Strong project management skills
•Good understanding of CRM interfaces and customer segmentation
•Strong communication and presentation skills, willingness to teach others
•High drive for superior results and process improvement
•Previous successful customer facing experience
