Online Reputation Manager The Online Reputation Management Manager is responsible for maintaining and improving our brand’s online reputation on social media and review sites. In this role you will implement strategies to enhance positive online reputation and mitigate reputation risk, development of communication strategies and implementation to engage online audiences. You will work to build and maintain a favorable image across various online platforms, social media channels, review sites, and search engine results.   You will:   Lead and coordinate the Webcare Channel Management team Develop and implement strategies to encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews and to enhance our brand's online reputation. Provide guidance, make recommendations on how to manage our community on social media channels. Own maintaining and improving our online reputation on social media and review sites. Support the Operations teams on how to handle online reputation related activities to have an excellent online reputation. Translate data insights into concrete actions together with your team and your stakeholders. Collaborate with Marketing and Social Media team t o align online reputation management strategies with overall brand messaging. Communicate with key stakeholders to address concerns and updates about online reputation management efforts. You have:   Proven experience in Online Reputation Management or Community Management. Excellent communication skills You have a winner mentality.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Good understanding of social media platforms and review sites. Understand Customer Service and e-commerce Out of the box thinking, creative thinking and problem-solving skills. You are eager and ambitious to reach your goals and succeed. Hands-on mentality: You believe in your ideas and you make them happen.  Analytical skills Nice to have: experience with online reputation management tool(s).
