OPERATIONS MANAGER in Bucuresti

Job Description The Operations Manager reports directly to the GM and acts on their behalf in their absence. Is responsible for the entire operation of the hotel.Coordinates all aspects of the operation to ensure that each outlet functions at an optimal level in key areas including service, revenue generation and cost management. Creates a culture which is service focused, positive and driven to succeed, open to change and creative in approach. Work Experience Confirmed experience as a manager, from 3 to 8 years in Front Office/Room Division department.Fluent in Romanian & English, 3rd language it’s a plus.Passion to create unforgettable positive guest experiences and inter-personal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
