A new position exists to play an integral role in the team going forward. This role will involve the construction of financial forecasting models, budgetary variance analysis, detailed analysis of the trends observed in DFS’s leasing customer base and the compilation/ presentation of regular reporting suites. The role will support the team from a procedural basis (any audit requirements etc). Role will also involve business process improvement projects as well as identification of automation opportunities within the existing reporting suite.The successful candidate will provide support to the wider Customer Experience Team and End of Lease teams. You will:Review and assessment of existing reporting suite with a view to modernisation through automation and process improvement and work as part of a wider Planning and Analysis team using expertise to assist on a cross functional basis;Evaluate overall leasing originations. Trends, values , regional performance, construction and delivery of annual and monthly Operational Capacity dashboardsConstruction and delivery of annual and monthly Operational CX dashboardsBuild and maintain collaborative, cross functional relationships with Sales teams, Pricing teams and other departments/organizations to meet business objectives.Develop, maintain, implement and update effective business controls that support business goals, review processes, propose and implement recommendations for improvement, liaise with Operations Risks team and provide mitigating actions on business risksEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
