We are looking for a new dedicated colleague to join in our Operations team this year!What can you expect?The right person can expect an interesting and developing position in a fast-paced international environment with good working conditions. Besides being responsible for full transport processes your tasks will include also:Bidding for all products, IMPORT-EXPORT/ participation/managing tender processes;Negotiate rates, local charges and trucking/managing subcontractors and active participation in sales processes;Maintaining and optimizing the clients portfolio and identifying new potential customers;Organize shipments, issuing SOP, register shipments into IT system and maintaining KPI for global customers;Costs and billing estimates;Preparing documentation for customs formalities (transit or import);Carrying out and preparing the custom clearance documents for the customers and follow up the whole process;Carrying out the transit customs formalities in Constanta port for the shipments meant for Moldova, Ukraine, Bulgaria and EU countries dispatched by sea and organizing the transportation of goods;Organizing transportation from customs to our warehouse or to customer’s warehouse; Initiating the procedure for the payment of customs broker fee, handling and transportation (depending on the delivery terms) and cost approval;Preparing reports (monthly or on demand) related to Operations Department activities for local Management (e.g. real vs. budgeted cost per service, profit and losses) and propose potential corrective measures;Ensuring that results are accomplished through the use of performance indicators;Monitoring market / competition and develops effective strategies to maintain and strengthen market position.Attending sales calls together with the Sales colleaguesFocus for identifying improvement opportunities and implementing new strategiesWhat do we expect?As this is an excellent opportunity to join a major player in the logistics industry, we expect that you can identify yourself with our key DNA-words and values and work according to these. We also expect that you have experience in freight forwarding, a well-developed analytical sense and good collaboration skills.
