Operator - Back office in Constanţa

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE:
Solid PC operational knowledge
English proficiency
Good analytical skills with attention to detail
Self-discipline and self-motivation to produce results


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accurately processing client orders
Monitoring shipment pick-up & delivery dates
Requesting shipment information from suppliers and partners
Providing key customers with feedback of order status
Updating database with shipment status and proof of delivery
Perform other related duties as required
Report to Office Manager
