Job Description
- Analyzes the functional and non-functional requirements determined by the Business System Analyst together with the internal client
- Designs data extraction flows from source systems and loading into data warehouse solutions, using specific tools
- Develops data solutions by writing programs/modules using programming languages, in compliance with internal quality standards and performance parameters established based on the analysis of non-functional requirements
- Delivers the developed software solution to the IT Testing team to proceed to the next phases of the quality assurance process
- Prepares and updates the documentation related to the developed data software solutions
- Provides support during the testing, deployment, and production phases of the developed flows, applying fixes to resolve identified issues
- Participate in the implementation and maintenance of the data dictionary management solution (both technical and business)
Qualifications
- Knowledge of data warehouse concepts
- Oracle RDBMS databases
- Querying/data processing languages: Oracle SQL, Oracle PL/SQL
- Understanding of working with JIRA and Confluence
- Knowledge of software development processes (SDLC, code versioning, etc.)
- PC skills – operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), office applications (Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience working with querying/data processing languages
- Experience working with data warehouse concepts
