We believe that the right job can transform lives, and we are committed to making that happen for you.   As an ORACLE EBS Software Engineer, you will play a vital role in the analysis, design, development, and support of key system features and custom solutions.  Responsibilities: Analyzing, triaging, and assigning development and support tasks to Software Engineers and Senior Software Engineers. Providing hands-on technical expertise in troubleshooting, designing, developing, and implementing custom business applications within assigned business areas. Ensuring compliance with industry best practices and documented development standards and procedures. Mentoring and guiding Software Engineers to elevate team knowledge and performance. Collaborating with others to investigate design approaches, prototype new technologies, and propose innovative solutions. Staying up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies to improve software development processes. Authoring and updating technical documents related to custom business applications. Maintaining strong relationships with customers and IT team members to deliver exceptional customer service. Assisting Support Analysts with troubleshooting technical issues in standard or custom programs and reports. Collaborating with Analysts and Project Managers to track work through ServiceNow ticketing system or Project Online. Working with Oracle Support to resolve Support Requests promptly and efficiently. Adhering to agreed-upon Service Level Agreements for production support tickets. Following Financial Systems ISO 9001 Standard Operating Procedures.   Requirements: Proficiency in P2P, O2C, Financials modules, particularly Oracle General Ledger (GL), Account Payables (AP), Receivables (AR), Cash Management (CM), and Fixed Assets (FA). Experience with standard Oracle EBS RICEW development tools, such as TOAD, Forms and Report Builder, Workflow Builder, JDeveloper, and Linux shell scripting.   English level: Intermediate+   Location: EU
