Job Details What you will do This is an exciting opportunity join our global Tax function in a newly created Senior Manager role with a primary focus on our ERP transformation projects. This role provides a rare in-house opportunity to engage on multinational projects, work the businesses, build your commercial experience and expand your technical horizons.How you will do itKey member of the Corporate Tax Transformation team, delivering and implementing a high-quality ERP roll out across multiple jurisdictionsResponsible for day-to-day progression of tax elements related to ERP projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical/business-driven approach takenBuild and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders across workstreams including sales, procurement, IT, finance, corporate accountingContribute to operational performance by supporting the automation and efficiencies in the VAT lifecycleRequired:Experienced Manager or Senior Manager with extensive ERP design experienceHands on experience of designing Indirect Tax configuration in Oracle, preferably Oracle Fusion. Candidates with SAP experience will also be considered.Excellent knowledge of ERP Financial, Supply Chain Management or Sales modulesWorking Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) requirements, design, testing, deploymentExperience and awareness of VAT issues especially in relation to ERP transformationExperience of working on large-scale projects in a multinational corporate environment or a consultancy specialising in ERP implementationTeam player with excellent communication skills, with a “can-do” attitude partnering well with people at all levels within the organizationFluent in English, written in and spoken.Capacity to quickly understand and digest complex business arrangements, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions for challenges and obstacles.Curious and demonstrated appetite for learning and maintains a positive disposition under pressure Proven track record of delivery and meeting deadlines.Preferred:Experience in implementing Oracle FusionCombined experience of Oracle and SAPBackground in IT consultingDegree in Information Technology or Finance and Tax qualificationsKnowledge of either: CPQ, Oracle Field Service, Ariba and working with integrations generallyExperience using reporting Tools such as Power BI, Alteryx or any others
