Powered by our purpose – the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people – we serve and transform leading enterprises, including the Fortune Global 500, with our deep business and industry knowledge, digital operations services, and expertise in data, technology, and AI.Inviting applications for the role of Order Management – Domain Trainee – Czech – Hybrid BucharestResponsibilities• Processing SAP orders for:o Orders confirmationo Supply confirmationo Order modification & preparation for allocationo Handle Order blockso Reporting • Offering information to customers via e-mails/phone;• Updating SAP regarding clients, supplies;• Maintaining relations with logistics partners and informing customers regarding availability and deliveries;• Creating purchase orders (POs) for samples• Offering resolutions for internal updating requests;• Building a relation with clients and sales representatives;• Checking and solving potential issues between client purchase orders (PO) and system information;• Communicating with the warehouse and forwarders and efficiently manage the delivery process to ensure return of goods to the final recipient;• Preparing the relevant documents for the orders (internal, transport);• Daily monitoring the assigned portfolio;• Solving issues regarding damaged goods, shipment delayed, etc;• Managing any issues, looking for solutions along with all the parties involved; • Escalating any problems, delays, inconsistencies;• Maintaining the relation with other institutions in order to certify documents• Ensuring completeness of documents and fully archiving them; • Proposing ideas for streamlining activities and taking part in projects to implement these ideas;• Testing new tools implementation related to OM process• Successfully graduating the training plan attached to the position and the tasks;• Updating the working procedures periodically;• Training other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested by the manager;• Maintain and develop relationships with relevant markets and client serviced by team and all major customers within those markets as appropriate;• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovative solutions and communicate to direct manager;1. Collaborate within the company with members of the same team or of other teams to accomplish the allocated tasks.2. Collaborate outside the company with client representatives, within the power of authority limits allocated by the direct manager.3. Ensure that the process activities are carried out in accordance with the solution agreed with the customer in the Design and Transition phase.4. Ensure the performance objectives (Key Performance Indicators)/process delivery time (Service Level Agreements) set under the client contract are fulfilled.5. Carry out transformation initiatives and projects to deliver financial and productivity benefits to the client in accordance with the agreed upon contractual clauses.6. Present the performance indicators in the periodic operational review meetings.7. Analyze data and trends in the process, perform deep dives into the results and use the findings to create improvement plans and drive score improvements8. Continuously help implement process improvements with the help of Lean and Six Sigma (LSS) methodologies and tools.9. Ensure that all team members are aware of the contractual performance indicators (Key Performance Indicators)/delivery time (Service Level Agreements) and of the level of the expected performance output.10. Monitor the team performance daily and ensure that individual and team objectives are met while complying with the established standards.11. Communicates with the client and team members to ensure project deadlines and specifications are met. 12. Building strategic relationship in delivering joint synergy and value to our client\ clients.13. Monitors and communicates project/program progress to the Sponsor and project team including use of project status reports and tracking tools/metrics to enable in stream data collection and query management.14. Participate in different projects and initiatives within Genpact. 15.
