OSS RDM Engineer in Bucuresti

Your day to day: Manages cross functional / cross-countries programs and projects concerning OSS and specifically the Network Element Managers (NEM). Performs project management activities for various NEMs in all technology areas (Mobile Access, Voice & Data Core, Services, Transmission & Transport, OSS). These project management activities include demand analysis, vendor management, technical requirements, coordination of development, testing, acceptance and implementation of SW and HW. Makes sure the scope and objectives delivered by the programs & projects are according to Network requirements (including budget, time and agreed quality KPIs). Ensure appropriate prioritisation, planning and reporting for the managed European programs & projects.With these activities you will have a great impact on our business: Manages all the phases of the NMS project after the feasibility study was performed and the budget was approved. These phases include development, testing, acceptance and implementation of SW and HW for OSS in all technology areas (Mobile Access, Voice&Data Core, Services, Transmission & Transport, OSS).Defines the project plan in agreement with all parties involved including the external client and the project sponsor. Defines the detailed project activities and monitors/tracks them permanently.Builds the resource plan and makes sure that resources are always available so that project deliverables are not in danger. Responsible for the information flow/communication within the team and with the main stakeholders, internal and external. Performs risk management and change management as part of the project activities to make the business requirements of the external clients are met, including costs, timelines and agreed quality KPIsImplement solid project management principles and related SW tools across the organization.
