- Advanced English language skills
- Good knowledge of one of the languages: French, Italian, Spanish, German
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools – Outlook, Word, Excel
- Good problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
- Customer orientated approach
Working schedule :
9 AM – 6 PM or 5 PM – 2 AM
Descrierea jobului
- Communicates by e-mail or by phone (depending on the panel) with panelists;
- Solve the problems raised by the panelists, collaborating with the technical team or with the panel manager;
- Manages local member relation resources by monitoring their daily activities, efficiency of responses;
- Updates the database according to requests;
- Writes documents directly addressed to the panelists (newsletter, birthday cards, various other letters and articles) as needed;
- Draws up monthly reports in order to monitor his/her support activities with the panel, including key metrics, overview of complaint profiles, volume trends and fluctuations, impact on budget and resources.
