• 5 years’ previous work experiences in after sales business for heating, water heating and renewable products
• Very good technical skill

• English Knowledge at an advanced level
• Abilities to deliver training's
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially Power point and Excel
Descrierea jobului
• Visit periodically service center for quality level check and improvement, based on defined performance indicators and standard required
• Liaise to HQ about technical and quality problems
• Produce technical specification and documentation for the products in portfolio
• Understand and update continuously the knowledge about the sector legislation including authorisation ISCIR
• Have an advisory role on technical issues for internal and external collaborators
• Perform product tests on field or laboratory
• Deliver technical training's for internal or external parties
• Interact constantly with the Sales and Pre-sales department
• Warranty claims management and control
• Local Spare parts replenishment and management
