The Role As our suite of products keeps diversifying, we are looking for a talented and client-focused Payment Application Specialist, who ensures timely processing of incoming payments from clients, as well as fast and high-quality processing of client requests. As a passionate professional, in this role, you will work cross-functionally with the Revenue Operations, Finance, Accounting, Billing, and Internal IT team to maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and requests with speed and professionalism. You will report to a Head of Billing & Accounts Receivable. Location: remote from any city in Poland WHAT YOU WILL DOPost incoming payments in NetSuite daily (Banks, Stripe, Paypal, etc.)Process customer requests related to payments, prepayments, withholding tax, and bank charge write-offsMaintain 1C – NetSuite payments integration on a daily basisCommunicate with banks regarding issues with incoming bank payments (non-receipt, problems with bank details, refunds processing)Process and monitor open prepayments, periodically allocating them to invoices (deposits)Periodically check payments and accounts receivable in both systems (1C – NetSuite) WHAT WE LOOK FORStrong upper-intermediate level of English (B2)Confidence in using Google Sheets/ExcelExtensive experience in using ERP systems (1C, NetSuite, and others)Basic understanding of accounting principles and practicesBasic proficiency in using accounting softwareCritical thinking and systematic approach to workGood analytical skills, attention to detail and strong problem-resolution skills WHAT WE OFFER Our people mean a great deal to us, so we will provide you with the benefits, resources and support you need to succeed.
