DescriptionWe are looking for a talented Payroll Analyst to join our team specializing in Payroll for our Power Systems Business in Craiova, Dolj. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Completes administrative activities related to the timely processing of payroll.Completes payroll data entry as required, according to internal policies, procedures, and work instructions.First line support for payroll and time management system queries for sites /employee.Troubleshoots basic payroll issues and escalates for resolution.Ensures payments are calculated and paid accurately and timely; conducts regular audits to ensure accurately and completenessMeet all legal, contractual, and governance requirements.Prepare the monthly Government Health Agency reports to reclaim employersickness payments.Annual leave requirement for employees to submit holidays for the full yearwhich is approved by mangers. Coordinate process for site and keep paperrecords in line with legislation.
