Payroll Subject Matter Expert with French in Bucuresti

Position Description In collaboration with the Administrative Payroll Management Project Leader in France, the employee will ensure that the operational activity of the Subject Matter Expert SBS Streamline France is carried out smoothly from the quality and quantity points of view.The employee will also perform the development tasks in the personnel management application (GAP) as per the specs and will estimate the workload involved. Therefore, the employee :üEnsures that the development tasks in GAP are carried out as per the capacity planning (plan de charges) and within the deadlines required for each project.üIdentifies the team's training needs and assists the team in order to reach the desired level.üCentralises the reporting.üEnsures that the internal development manuals are up to date.üEstimates the workload necessary for the GAP development.üPerforms the development tasks in GAP. The employee will perform operational management, training, process documentation and continuous improvement tasks (50% of the time) and development tasks (50% of the time). The employee will perform the following actions after receiving the client file to be handled :üReading and understanding operational and technical specifications for developmentüEstimating development workloadüIn-app development (enhancements) and customization using Java and internal tools and a custom-built frameworküResponsible for delivery of new app versionsüManagement of data persistenceüCollaborating with the R&D department for developing, enhancing and updating the productüProgram testing and validation of deliverables as per the functional testing guidelinesüPerforms the delivery of the developments in the various environments according to the processüPerforming incident correction following internal or client handoverüDrafting reports on activities to be issued to management and indicating difficulties (time allocated for each task, technical issues encountered, etc.).üAssists the Parameter Specialists with their tasks ensuring that the tasks are dispatched and that the necessary skills are acquiredüIdentifies the areas of improvement, the training opportunities and the necessary SOPs on the topics where this is necessary.
