Role purpose:This role will deliver working with the L&D Senior Manager a world class learner experience for People Capability, including, Leadership, Manager development, Personal Effectiveness, D&I and key functional programs that are best in class.With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:Carrying out capability assessments and needs analysis basis critical learning needs for the organizationDesign all types of learning solutionsGenerate thought leadership for areas of deliveryUsing digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programmesApplying adult learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of their developmentWork with the L&D Team to design a wide range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioural and leadership programmesDriving a culture of continuous professional development (CPD)Facilitating learning interventions where neededFocus on 70/20/10 and effectiveness and application of learningDeliver the in house Talent pipeline through the Top Talent programme of Assessment and Development CentresMonitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employeesPromotion and drive an online, digital cultureAct as the key stakeholder for all L&D, Talent, D&I , Induction and Psychometric ActivitiesDevelop a one stop shop for learning, TalentFocus on globalising interventionsHave a robust evaluation process in placeWork with Key stakeholders to implement business needsEnsure all learning to be on success factorsMonitor completion rates and design an effective reporting modelWith these skills you are a great candidate:Good Understanding People capability theories and modelsSelf-driven individual that connects quickly with individuals and audiences in order to build rapport, support the learning agenda.Knowledge of _VOIS people capability strategyPartner closely with business for relevant, high quality ProgramManagement of large scale learning delivery of learning, Talent and Inclusion programs globallyUnderstanding the business in depth, skills gaps, project and learning management and learning impact and ROIFacilitation of training interventionsCoaching experienceSounds like the perfect job?
