We are looking for a new People Development Partner, passionate about helping people build meaningful careers. You will build capabilities, while integrating individual aspirations with business objectives and contributing to company wide learning and development initiatives. The role covers the full spectrum of learning and development from training delivery and instructional design to development program management. Your New Role Learning Partner – You will act as a Learning Partner for the dedicated operational departments, provide advice and guidance to ensure the tactical implementation of the L&D agenda and champion our “Learn Every Day” value Project Manager – You will manage L&D Projects (such as Internal Academies or companywide initiatives, with an L&D component) and continuously improve the way we build capabilities and strong teams Processes & Procedures Supervisor – You will monitor the L&D administrative processes delivered by the learning management administration team (Catalogue & Classroom Management, E-learning Management and Report Out) to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement Trainer – You will facilitate workshops / deliver training sessions and act as train the trainer for other internal facilitators, to enable our learning organization culture HR Team Member – You will sustain learning as an employer value proposition pillar, via continuous collaboration with all HR functions and through client feedback integration Your Profile Self-starter, achievement oriented Good organizational awareness, able to integrate varied stakeholder needs Detail oriented and process focused, with a continuous improvement mindset Analytical minded, able to pull together the data to prove the value of L&D initiatives to the business Your Skills L&D Project Management experience 4-5 years of relevant work experience in HR Trainer and facilitator experience HR Analytics understanding, experience with data driven problem solving Exposure to BPO / SSC specific HR processes, LMS experience #trainingmanager #learninganddevelopmentmanager #learninganddevelopmentspecialist #trainingspecialist #peopledevelopment #learning #LI-HybridAt Molson Coors we seek diversity.
