Your impact: To develop and align quarterly Sales Priorities with all major stakeholders, translate them into a picture of success for each category, channel and customer by:Setting up the corresponding Picture of Success KPIs;Translating them into targets;Aligning them with PS Lead/Sales Management (Sales Managers, Key Account Managers and Field Force);Measuring the success of KPIs vs. picture of success;Reporting the progress to Perfect Store Lead/ DX Lead and Leadership Team on a monthly basis and last, but not least, course correct if case. ResponsibilitiesWhat you’ll be working on: The Perfect Store Manager is the contributor or owner of the physical availability at 3 levels : Strategy: build the strategic vision on all levers (assort, merch, promotion) in close collaboration with the Marketing team and Category Manager in order to be consistent with the key stakes & priorities of each brand and channel;Target/ Objectives: Define the targets per Brand, per Channel & sub channels, per levers and per retailers, align with the Perfect Store Manager, the Marketing Team, Catman Lead and Key Account Managers and recommend selling story for the Trade in collaboration with the Shopper Marketing Activation team and the Marketing program;Execution: Ensure best in class execution by providing robust supports/decks, strong toolkits, which are done in collaboration with the Catman Lead and Sales Force. Embed the priorization of the stores based on the Most Valuable Stores/ Shopper Led Cluster.Finally, the Perfect Store Manager contributes to all future projects of development such as renovation, new platforms, new formats promo, recos of delisting for the year to come, working in close collaboration with Marketing team/ Catman/ Insights. QualificationsWho`s a good fit for the team:In-depth knowledge of the Romanian retail landscape;In-depth knowledge of brand building, marketing including shopper and trade marketing;Leadership skills to achieve goals in interdisciplinary project teams;English business fluent spoken and written;Sales skills combined with strong analytical skills;Identifies key business drivers and translates strategies into effective plans.
