Manages the necessary documents for employment and processes the individual employment contracts for YRLB employees-distributes the lists with the necessary documents for employment and ensures that the employment folders contain all the necessary documents; It is ensured that all employees have completed and submitted the documents regarding the granting of the personal and supplementary deduction, co-insured; Ensures the processing of employment contracts in the computer application, their issuance and signing by the employee and employer, handing over to employees with the signature of receipt; Manages and processes the documents related to the contractual modifications-additional documents (extension of the CIM, modifications of the contract data, granting bonuses, etc.) in compliance with the legal provisions and terms and of the provisions of the ROI and CCM unit; Based on the information received through the electronic flow of approvals, contractual changes, processes the changes in the computer application, issues the documents, distributes the documents to be signed and collects them for archiving in the personal files of the employees;Manages and processes the documents related to the cases of termination of individual employment contracts (all types of termination, retirement, dismissals, etc.);Processes and issues the termination decisions and all the documents related to the termination of the CIM (certificates-Annex 14, seniority certificate, CAS base certificate, liquidation note); Pregnancy records-collection and registration of application and supporting documents, transmission of information to the medical office and EH&S; Manages and processes the documents related to the suspensions for parental leave and childcare-manages and processes in the computer application: the decisions of CIC suspension / return from suspension / CIC certificates;Maintains the record file of employees entered / returned from parental leave and child care;Manages and processes all documents related to seizures / alimony related to the YRLB location;Maintains and permanently updates the database of employees for YRLB (personal data, employees, contract data, employees in CIC, employment / departure, etc.); Responsible for issuing, verifying and transmitting REVISAL, complying with legal provisions and deadlines; Is responsible for the relationship with the authorities (including thematic controls) (ITM, CAS, CASS, UNEMPLOYMENT, banks, mayors, others) in the area where he operates;He is responsible for drawing up situations and reports specific to the area of ​​activity. Ensures the preparation, issuance and delivery of all types of certificates;Checks and operates seizures in the system;Processes the received suspensions, maintains correspondence with the bailiffs, within the established terms;It introduces all the monthly changes in True HR, issuing in due time the afferent additional documents;Checks and operates medical leave in the system, when applicable;Perform the situations with the monthly bonus and issue the related decisions.
