Prepares advanced data analysis and shares insights around detailed, complex scenario planning, that enable timely and efficient decision making process (through the PIPO flow). Provides expertise and insights that help define the best planning process set-up for the new supply chain scenarios/organization. Provides in depth system, risk and operations analysis, when they want to change planning scenarios. Thoroughly understands and effectively uses the PIPO (Phase-in/Phase-out) tools, to ensure timely execution of initiatives from a supply planning perspective. Supervises in depth the PIPO process and its effects: minimizes the scrapping cost, reduces the situation of OOS between changing variants, and minimizes the NPI stock. Your recipe for success   Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering Language Skills: Proficient in English Experience in the supply chain planning domain, with proven data analysis skills and production planning knowledge.   Preffered Criteria   Second Language Experience of working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally Has work experience in the Fast Moving Consumable Goods or Processed and/or Packaged Foods industry. Has proficiency in working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP/APO/BW/IBP). Has advanced skills in working with the Microsoft Office suite.
