The ideal candidate is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining personal and physical security procedures to ensure the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and visitors. The Personal and Physical Security Analyst is also responsible for assessing the physical security risks and vulnerabilities of our facilities and developing and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.The role works closely with the Continuity and Resilience Team to develop and implement plans and procedures for emergency situations.If you enjoy driving into research, tackling complex situations, and working closely with stakeholders to rapidly respond to any challenges that may arise, then this opportunity is for you.Your day-to-day Develop, implement, and maintain physical security policies and procedures for ING facilities;Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments of company facilities to identify security gaps and develop strategies to mitigate risks;Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure physical security measures align with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements;Oversee and manage physical security systems and technology, such as access control systems, video surveillance, and alarm systems;Provide training and awareness to employees and contractors on physical security policies, procedures, and best practices;Conduct investigations into security incidents and provide recommendations to prevent future incidents;Manage relationship with external security service providers, such as security guard services and alarm monitoring services;Performs risk analysis regarding Continuity arrangements and procedures;Contribute to the design, implementation, maintenance and testing of Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and IT Disaster Recovery plans;Assess, test, and report on current and emerging threats that could potentially impact our facilities, employees, and/or overall business continuity;Provides professional expertise in risk analysis and business continuity objectives to support the business lines and IT teams;Provide the necessary support to all bank departments when issues related to operational resilience, including supply chain;Comply with the provisions of internal regulations related to labor protection and adhere to safety and health instructions in the workplace;Comply with the provisions of internal regulations, code of conduct, and other applicable rules, internal work procedures, and regulations in the field of activity.What you bring to the teamBachelor’s degree in a related field, such as intelligence, criminal justice, security management, or information security;Minimum 2 year of experience in physical security, security risk management, incident management or a related field;Possess a high level of written and spoken English;Proficiently in using Microsoft Office Suite;Strong analytical skills to assess risks and vulnerabilities and develop effective mitigation strategies;Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and present complex security information concisely;Experience with physical security systems and technology, such as access control systems, video surveillance, and alarm systems – it will be a big plus;Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to physical security;Ability to work independently or with minimum supervising and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
