Identify the available capacity for the order.Establish the optimum loading of the production capacities.Balance the equipment loading.Prepare the information regarding the manufactured products from the current order- BOMCommunicate to the master scheduling all the risks that appear and that can modify the confirmed delivery term for the client and establish together the new delivery term and communicate this change to the customer service representative.Participate to all production analyses that request information from the planning department.Participate with all team to the weekly meeting for monthly program analyze.Update periodically the weekly and monthly Production Program.Launch in execution the products' orders per MRP dates / production programCheck the availability of documents and materials necessary for products' manufacturing.Distribute the necessary documents to whom are concerned.Follow the products during manufacturing.Analyze load on critical work centers and propose subcontracting when neededAnalyze forgings availability based on MRP dates and propose mitigation plan for any delay that may affect current dlv datesIn charge of exception messages on production ordersMinimum Job Qualifications Education: University Degree, preferable in Technical (Mechanical or Oilfield Equipment) or Economics fieldCertificates/Licenses/Registrations: n/aMinimum necessary experience: 1 year`s working experience
