Come be a part of this journey!BAT ROMANIA IS LOOKING FOR ASENIOR PLANNING & REPORTING ANALYST WITH RUSSIANSENIORITY LEVEL: Non-ManagementFUNCTION: Senior Planning & Reporting AnalystLOCATION: BucharestROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVESReports to: Planning and reporting managerReporting Level: Non managementWHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FORTo produce financials forecasted within the IBPM calendar, accurate and usable within the SOP cycle for BAT Combustible and Next Generation Product business. To ensure forecasted/budgeted financials (including Brand P&Ls) are reported accurately.To produce the company’s monthly management accounts and provide cause of change analysis of results. To ensure actuals are reported on time in full and can be used by senior management to make decisions based on strategic insights.To be able to support the change agenda related to the implementation of Global, Regional and local projects.To ensure company’s admin overheads and other expense/income are accurately recorded and statutory requirements are met.Produce Financials forecasted within the IBPM calendar, accurate and usable within the SOP cycle (P&L, COS and UPIS reviews on a monthly basis, Cause of Change analysis, LRD checks)Keep track of the Admin OVH and OIE costs;Review the actuals P&L both statutory and management, identify and solve any deviation from the budget;Control and manage the underlying accounting processes for the business, and ensure robust control environment;ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEMinimum of 1 year’ experience in an accounting roleIFRS knowledgeFluent in both spoken and written English & RussianStrong Financial Accounting & analytical skillsActively seeking responsibility and is result drivenAbility to work under pressure and keep to tight deadlinesSystems knowledge including:SAP advance userExcel advanced userSAP BI/BPC forecasting and reporting suiteKey Success Factors:Accurate financial forecast and actuals reportingInsightful cause of change analysisStrong business partnering skills WE ARE BATAt BAT, we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
