Information silvia.plesea@randstad.ro Organisation/Department construction Job description We are looking for a Plant Manager for a major road infrastructure project in Romania, to join our team. Support the Site Management in relation to the working methods, technologies and specific equipment, indicating the need for machinery, plants and equipment for the execution of the work, in compliance with the provisions of the Contract Documents; Prepare and update the lists of machinery and equipment in use at the site, both owned and rented; To prepare, together  with the Management of the project, the budget for the activities of competence, foreseeing the necessary investments, the maintenance , the consumptions, rentals, etc. ; Together with the HQ product specialists in order to define the technical specifications for the  Purchase Requests; Issue Purchase Requests of assets, spare parts and service, support the Procurement Office in the verification of the offers received; On the basis of the planned work, prepare construction layout of new installations and/ or plant extensions; Coordinate the design of the construction site installations. Supervise the proper performance of maintenance activities, periodic checks, legal checks on the fleet of machines and equipment (both owned and rented), temporary construction sites such as compressed air supply, the electrical, telephone, ventilation and fire-fighting systems of the construction site, keeping the control and maintenance records constantly updated. Maintain the records of machinery and equipment (CE certifications also together, manuals for use and maintenance, registration papers); Coordinates the staff of the P&E structure; Guarantee the operation of the machinery and temporary plant building in compliance with current legislation by providing, as an example, communications for commissioning to competent office.
