Description
Comparison price reports, increase and decrease, price variation according to potential supplier price and monthly reporting to the Head of Purchasing.
Price analyses and production materials including Material Price Variations and report them monthly to the Head of Purchasing.
Manage the quality procedure Skip - Lot, Ship-to-Stock, Out of Skip-Lot, to production material suppliers.
Manage SAP documents (BANF's and PO's) including invoices and service suppliers and outsourced such as: taxi services, sorting, translations,, maintenance (e.g. Electrical Installations, Air Conditioning, Machines and Equipment's) and surveys the price differences between contract and acquisition and reports any nonconformities to the Head of Purchasing.
Negotiate price for outsourced services and service suppliers according to validity period of contracts or renegotiation period and reports monthly savings and cost avoidances to the Head of Purchasing.
Responsible to supervise the procurement activities and ensuring the department reports ,accuracy , in due time for non production material. Qualifications University degree in Economics or similar
Experience in Purchasing (preferably automotive)
English - Advanced
Technical background is a plus
Excellent supplier-facing and internal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
