"Aided by specific quality assurance methods, we aim to keep the production of our products free of errors. Taken together, all these aspects allow us to prevent mistakes, avoid problems, optimize processes, and develop and pursue remedial measures for any problems which occur. Are you ready to work in our quality assurance function?
- Analyze the serial production quality data and define needed corrective actions (daily quality monitoring by product/process audits, periodically failure analysis and scrap rate reporting, quality costs reporting, 8D reporting, Jidoka);
- Responsible for performing product and process audits for lines/products. In case of nonconformities you will have to follow up with the corrective actions;
- You will ensure that the process descriptions, work instructions and control plans are up to date and are followed by the manufacturing and engineering team;
- Participate in the launch projects: you will give input for the APQP process based on the previous production experience; participate in creating the basic documentation (Flow Chart, FMEA, Control Plan);
- Voice of customer in the Focus Factory;
- Responsible of updating the Control in real time.
- Responsible for monitoring Quality KPI, and in case of deviations, for coordinating task forces.
- Key user of Quality tools in Focus Factory (8D, Leans Six Sigma, MSA, SPC, FMEA)" QualificationsEssential Skills/Qualifications
- Technical University degree: BA in Electronics or Miechanical Field;
- Experience with modern production and quality management tools;
- Experience with Automotive Quality standards (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3);
- Knowledge of statistical tools (SPC, MSA)
- English - Advanced level
