We are #peopleofcontinentalsibiu: Click here to watch our location movie!Check out your future responsibilities below As WRC Customer Interface Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining a business professional management of customer complaints, acting as main engineering liaison between customers and Continental on Quality Warranty topics. Besides this, your daily activities will include the following:* Maintaining direct contact with customers concerning 0-Mileage and Field complaints on quality problems;* Maintaining and increasing (when needed) the customer satisfaction by solving problems in time, with professionalism, and at the same time in compliance with customer requirements and agreed deadlines;* Preparing analysis reports for WRC Technical Analysis Engineers with information received from customers regarding the failed electronic components and failing conditions; * Creating 8D Reports and/or A3 Sheets, moderating cross-department teams activity, and documenting the problem-solving process until 8D/A3 closure;* Cooperating with Quality Engineers, SQM Engineers, Project Management and Product Development Engineers regarding corrective and preventive actions and 8D process overall;* Updating the information in customer portals and constant verification of complaints status;* Preparing statistical reports regarding customer complaints and permanently updating CQTS SAP database;* Reporting the customer satisfaction level and internal KPIs on regular basis by using customers' scorecards and internal tools and, when the situation requires, triggering and driving the necessary actions to improve the KPIs which are out of target;* Constantly monitoring the level of analyses with result "NTF - No Trouble Found" and starting the NTF process according to VDA Field Failure Analysis whenever the triggering criteria for different customers are met;* Taking ownership for the Customer Specific Requirements related to the projects he/she is responsible for and applying them to the regular business relationship with the customersEssential Skills/Qualifications* University degree in Applied Electronics or any other relevant technical university;* Knowledge/experience in the Electronics field;* Strong engineering knowledge of Quality Tools (Six Sigma, 5-Why approach, Ishikawa/Fishbone, IS/IS Not), very good knowledge of risk assessment and statistical tools;* Excellent handling of 8D process and A3 Sheet structured problem solving methodology;* Very good knowledge of Customer Specific Requirements;* Practical understanding of modern production and quality management tools, like lean manufacturing and Six Sigma;* Experience with Automotive Quality Standards (IATF 16949:2016, ISO 19011:2011, VDA etc.)* Proactive, results oriente d and adaptable to a multinational environment;* Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;* Advanced level of EnglishComp & Ben:* Pay for Performance;* Achievement Bonus & Rewards;* Referral Bonus;* Work Time Flexibility: mobile-work, part-time contracts, sabbatical, flexible working hours;* Relocation Bonus (when applicable);* System for Rewarding Improvement Ideas;* Kindergarten on Site (partial subvention);* Regina Maria Medical Policlinic on Site (for Continental employees & their families);* Private Health Insurance Services (global provider, > 700 medical partners);* Private Travel Insurance (valid worldwide);* Restaurant and Coffee Corner on Site: daily discount, live cooking, international cuisine & outdoor terrace;* Community Events;* Many other benefits to enjoy after work (in partnership with Benefits Online, > 2.000 offers, >800 partners).Career Path:* Career path of choice to support Technical, Leadership or Project Management aspirations;* Personalized learning perks including digital courses;* Ground-breaking projects in Automotive and Tech;Comp & Ben:* Pay for Performance;* Achievement Bonus & Rewards;* Referral Bonus;* Work Time Flexibility: mobile-work, part-time contracts, sabbatical, flexible working hours;* Relocation Bonus (when applicable);* System for Rewarding Improvement Ideas;* Kindergarten on Site (partial subvention);* Regina Maria Medical Policlinic on Site (for Continental employees & their families);* Private Health Insurance Services (global provider, > 700 medical partners);* Private Travel Insurance (valid worldwide);* Restaurant and Coffee Corner on Site: daily discount, live cooking, international cuisine & outdoor terrace;* Commun ity Events;* Many other benefits to enjoy after work (in partnership with Benefits Online, > 2.000 offers, >800 partners).
