Description
Providing technical support for all internal software systems within eMAG. Understanding business process and evaluating software configuration in order to identify ways to enhance overall effectivennes and efifciency. Analysing, reproducing and reporting issues to the software development team. Creating documentation. Finding the appropriate solutions in a timely manner. Keeping updated with current changes, regarding internal aplications. Know-how training for the support team, on commercial software.
Responsabilitati
- Preia si rezolva issue-urile intrate pe adresa de support;
- Se asigura ca ofera raspunsuri corecte si complete useilor;
- Cunostinte tehnice: IT&C – nivel mediu;
- Se implica active in proiecte cu impact semnificativ la nivelul companiei (ex: Ajuta la testare pentru BF, alte integrari);
- Ofera traininguri colegilor din alte departamente pe fluxurile existente;
- Dezvolta know-how-ul in cadrul echipei (traininguri, manuale, confluence);
- Completeaza minimul de timp logat in JIRA (8h/zi).
