POD Tech Lead in Constanţa

As a  POD Tech Lead,  you will be working for our Client, a major financial institution focusing on enhancing application security through comprehensive security scans and vulnerability management. This mature project requires leading a scrum team consisting of QA, Backend, Frontend, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality, secure services. You will drive technical excellence and ensure compliance with the latest development practices. Your main responsibilities: Leading the technical direction of the Scrum team/Pod Ensuring engineering excellence in all developer work within the Pod Designing, creating, and deploying new services while refining business requirements Collaborating with architects to scope delivery work for the team Improving the performance of designated services Ensuring best coding practices and conducting peer reviews Ensuring team deployments are compliant and utilize the latest pipelines Delivering software changes using DevSecOps and ITIL change management processes Staying abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity scanning Informing product strategy and roadmap prioritization with relevant insights You're ideal for this role if you have: Experience leading a small team of technical experts in an agile software delivery environment Proficiency in Python with knowledge of FastAPI, async, SQLAlchemy, pytest Intermediate SQL skills (PostgreSQL) Experience with design patterns Strong problem-solving skills Competence in at least one cloud environment (GCP, AWS, Azure) Experience working in a DevSecOps team Good understanding of Change Management processes Fluent English Leadership skills It is a strong plus if you have: Hands-on experience with Jenkins pipelines Experience with: Flask JS with React Other languages, web frameworks Go Lang Linux Distributed systems Kubernetes, GCP, Docker, Helm Message Queues, Kafka TDD, DDD Design patterns Git, Jira, Jenkins, CI/CD Cloud: GCP, AWS, Azure, Ali Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, Helm Experience with microservices and nanoservices Experience as a Fullstack Engineer Experience with JavaScript and React Cloud architect qualification in a cloud environment Experience delivering and working with Infrastructure as Code We offer you: ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
